Gloucestershire Food Vision has shaped the future production, supply and consumption of food in the County and beyond. It places food centre stage within the Countys cultural development. It means to secure in the long term the delivery of healthier, safe and affordable food to meet the needs of and benefit an informed Gloucestershire community.

From Thursday 1^st April 2010 Gloucestershire Food Vision will be managed by a new Community Interest Company (CIC) called 'VISION Culture CIC' set up by the GFV team to take Food Vision and other food and health related work forward.  This new structure allows us to widen our work outside the county as well as strengthen our delivery role.
