Market for Learning is an ESF (European Social Fund) programme aimed specifically at increasing the skills of people working in businesses or living in rural areas of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and parts of Swindon.

The project aims to improve the skills of staff in small businesses and therefore improve the bottom line of the business.

Training can improve the skills of employees by identifying specific learning needs relevant to the business. Skilled staff means better productivity – and that means improved prospects in rural areas.

Market for Learning can help by :

Providing additional support to employees who are undertaking an NVQ

Provide training to a wide range of short courses which lead to accredited qualifications

Provide other non qualification based training to improve the skills, confidence and team working skills of employees.

Delivering training which is accessible to people who live and work in rural areas.
